Grows immensely from isolation training just do two sets to failure 1-3 times a week, it’ll never get too big.

Yeah, I’ve been training neck for about a year doing it 1-2x a week. My neck circumference rn is 15.5 inches and it’s about 95% of my bigonial width. I’m trying to chase the 1:1 though so I’ll need to train it some more

Heard it’s cope, but I might be coping in that regard. I’ve only done curls so far since chatgpt said it’s all I need, but adding variations could help.

What weight are using now, I gotta neck max myself.

What exercises do you do? Its lwky hard to find an exercise that doesn’t grind the plates together.

Neck curls laying on a bench, using a beanie to protect the skin on your forehead. Place the plate on your forehead while laying on the bench and lift it up and down. Your head should be slightly off the bench, do the reps controlled and to failure.

This sounds fun, only concern is the limiting factor. Is it actually the neck muscles and not oxygen or something?

This sounds fun, only concern is the limiting factor. Is it actually the neck muscles and not oxygen or something?
You’ll find out when you wake up with a sore ass neck the first time around

You can spam it 5x a week because the neck recovers every night, 3-6 months of hitting it hard and you’ll see how thick it gets.

No I only do weights, I do one neck exercise and that’s using the plate and I curl with my neck. My traps are also decently developed from other gymcel activities which I believe thickens the neck slightly or makes it appear wider

imo hardest to grow is side delts right? i seriously don't know how
