Bodyfat charts are like horoscopes for men.

Use the military tape test to find your real bodyfat rather than try and guess based off a chart that uses people of different bone masses, weights, muscle masses and tries organizing them into one “coherent” series.

For example, when i was 20% bodyfat i looked nothing like the 20% guy on that chart because he has a different fat distribution pattern and more muscle.
