Mewing is not that legit. It's not going to magically make you gl, just raise hyoid bone and maybe improve features if done for a long time. Hoping for Salludon tier results will make you suicidal.

I agree, you can't expect anything like Salludon but if done for a long time you're bound to improve at least a little, your maxilla is the most central bone on your face, as your maxilla goes forward it pulls the mandible, zygos, and many others forward too. And it improves the jawline, but its not magic of course
