Remove non-hazardous moles at home

Hello everyone, I have several moles, both on my face and body. I had them checked by a dermatologist and they were harmless, so I thought I'd try to remove at least the smaller ones at home.
I read that there are several methods, but which is the most effective? Above all, direct testimony is appreciated.

try using a cotton ball with apple cider vinegar on it and tape it to a mole and wait a while, it works for some people.
