So yesterday i fucked up by going to sleep at 7 am and today i woke up at 6 pm, I wanna reset my sleep schedule by not going to sleep tonight and staying awake for 24 hours or more, to push through tonight ill take an energy drink (To push from 8 pm currently to 1 pm tomorrow) On 1 pm ill take another 400-600 mg of caffeine from my pre-workout for gym, Any other tips or should i just do this?
