Reshape orbitals

Is there any method to grind away some of the bone because my lateral superior part of the orbital droops down and it’s looks pretty asf.

This may help

I think he wants to change the "tilt" or shape of his supraorbital rims, not reduce his lateral orbital rims.

Looking at the pic he attached i assume that his supraorbitals rims are like the ones on the left and he wants to make them look like the ones on the right:

He would change cranial base, I don't know if It's possible on adults.
 
Actually I have smth like that. The areas that op marked with arrows are very round and create a negative canthal tilt "look", although the eyes are neutral ct.

Basically my eyes are deep set, but the rounding of the area shown in op creates a look that resembles negative CT, although the eyes themselves are actually neutral ct.

Wonder if some bone shaving specifically in that area would help.
