I know this guy is a little autistic but his content is high quality.
He proposed placing a resistance band on (or below) your chin and then opening (or closing) your mouth against that resistance.
I tried his exercises and I think they have several advantages over jawliner or gum chewing:
1) Resistance can be adjusted better than with Jawliner (only has three strengths)
2) Doesn't wear down your teeth. I remember there was a guy here who posted that his dentist said he had the molars of an 80 year old.
3) You don't need to spend 80 Euros on retarded jawliner rubber blocks that probably cost 10 cents to produce
Has anybody got bad TMJ or something similar from chewing exercises? I want to see whether I can softmaxx my jaw before I think about hardmaxxing.
