i have to do at least like 4-5 hrs a day now or else it's over

1 month is one the edge. Any less and you would be dead. But you still have time so don't worry. Just like you said, put in the hours every day. Think of it as if youre simply skipping this 1 month of your life in terms of lazyness. You will have it great later on if you put in the work this one month.

for maths - the least amount - but i will memorise some stuff but do questions mostly

Good luck with it. I procrastinated so hard on my exams that I handed in 1 of my exams 3 weeks after it was due jfl. I used covid-19 as an excuse and got it accepted. I somehow got an A for it.

Moda doesn't mog shit. Ritalin is a legitimately good drug for cognition. Paul Erdos is a mathematician who took stimulants and made a bet that he could quit them for a month which he did:

"You’ve showed me I’m not an addict. But I didn’t get any work done. I’d get up in the morning and stare at a blank piece of paper. I’d have no ideas, just like an ordinary person. You’ve set mathematics back a month."

When he quit stimulants it set mathematics back by a month. That's what you're getting you use Ritalin.
