I have a resting heart rate of around 110-120 and my doctor said theres nothing to worry about, how the fuck can i lower my heart rate i also cant sleep well because i always hear my heart rate when im trying to sleep

That is concerning. Your heart is beating two times per second for the whole day at rest. There is a lot that you have not told us.

I would say im around 15% bf im 175cm and 61kg

Do you mean my body mass index? If yes i have a 19.9 bmi

I have to take a high dose of "medikinet" (40mg ~7:30, 40mg ~12:30) because of my ADHD
I also smoke sometimes with my friends, but i get high very easily, so i smoke like a ⅙ from the joint
