Restoring my baby coloring

When I was a baby my coloring was a full on ginger hair and hazel eyes

That became blonde eventually, then brown, dark brown

Eyes became hazel, to light brown, to dark brown

that means I have the genes for them. Would it be possible to get the eyes hazel again?
