Results of about 2.5 weeks of doing everything I can to bonemassmaxx

Results are for sure increased for me because I’m in puberty, looking back I think this is pretty insane

First pic is before, second pic is after with a similar angle and same lighting, third pic is after without lens distortion in the mirror and same lighting

Also I had been bonemassmaxxing before, but I don’t have any good pictures from back then or from before I started

not the same side of your face, diff lighting and diff angle

U might have gotten results but theese pics dosent prove it

I did 3 things mainly: testmaxxing, dhtmaxxing, and bonsmashing on my chin although I’m sure you can’t notice that last one

You can find stuff on all of that anywhere it shouldn’t even take much searching honestly

Diet is so important for test and dht, you should get all of your micronutrients in there are studies on how supplementing just zinc or calcium in people who are deficient boosted test and height astronomically.
Personally I think the easiest and most important thing I did is have 6 eggs a day and 20oz milk before bed it’s pretty easy and does a ton.
Eat a lot of meat, yogurt, less grains, get your micronutrients, go to the gym, maybe pick up a combat sport (I kickbox, great for test), make sure to get lots of sun, yada yada.
Aside from the basic stuff, if you want some good foods to ADD to your diet look at primal revolution on TikTok fairly surface level account but his test and dht guides have some good foods that help out a lot.
Bonesmashing is self explanatory, remember it only works on your chin and zygos so don’t go break your orbital bone and always make sure to massage your sutures before and after for safety
Anyways that’s just what I think was most important, there’s tons of more information out there if you do even a little extra research

Same lighting actually exact same position in my bathroom, different side of face and slightly different angle yeah but I can’t be perfect.
I get your skepticism but I have definitely gotten results. I have literally felt my face with my hands and noticed a size increase. I just want to show how important this stuff is your appearance and how it isn’t so daunting to improve it

Its not the same lighting(i can see the pic). And the reason why i commeted in the first place is beacause i personally have more bonemass on the left side on my face

Make urself tan, get rid of glasses, grow hair out and get perm but keep middle part, grow eyebrows and eyelashes via minox then dye them.
