I can't consume more than 1k calories per day on 4 mg.

Start off at 0.5 then move up to 1mg. If that feels a lil weak then bump up to 2mg

i am on 5mg and barely feel anything , i was on 10 mg tirz 1 year ago tho so idk if i need more mg or my reta is dogshit

Started at 2 for 2 weeks, went up to 4. I'm chilling here rn. NOT medical advice do not do this if you are a pussy

As someone who has tried both Reta & Tirz. I respond very well to Reta. I can barely finish meals. Tirz the appetite suppression is no good for me. It kills my food cravings for 5 days or so, but if you put a meal in front of me, I can still easily finish it while on Tirz. It could be that my Tirz was underdosed. But who knows

Interesting, I honestly don't know much about reta in terms of the efficacy because I had the same thing. I knew it was there but I just didn't feel the full punch of reta even at 4mg.

Not sure if it has anything to do with how fat you are or if your reta purity is just bunk.

Also could've reconned it wrongly. I don't have much reta knowledge in this specific area though, Can you at least feel that it's working but the problem is that it's not working enough?

How long have you been on reta? Takes up to a month for full affect for a significant amount of people.
