I’m about to start my Reta at 1mg. How much should I max out at? In a few months what should I expect to get to?

increase by 0.5-1mg for a couple weeks until you feel comfortable with the dosage and stay on that until you feel the need to up it again

(which you probably won't, reta is very strong in terms of appetite suppression)
