for you if 1mg wont do the trick dont up your dose hella fast leave it for 2 weeks alteast bad things happen when upping dose to fast

ive been thinking of starting at .5 a week and increeasing .5 a week every week saturday before bed pin

I got no idea about how to centere my diet around this or if 2mg is high enough because some articles say 15mg a week too

track you macros ( i use macro facter but it dose cost) 15mg a week wil deadass kill you bro. only worry abt protien and just hit your goals and the gym . i would say start at 1 reta is very strong
