It's like a benevolent God answered my pleas and bestowed this pharmaka on me.

I have years of experience and have been able to get lean naturally, but always through suffering and self-denial. And I could only lean out up to a certain point, after which diet fatigue kicked in and I became lethargic, my body started feeling cold to the bone and I had no energy to do anything, and the hunger was overwhelming. This led me to rebound to 15-16 bf% range at which I stayed year round basically.

Even when not cutting, something was wrong with my body's signaling in regards to hunger and satiety. It's like I had a botomless pit in place of my stomach. I could never understand how others could eat half a plate and be like "I'm full". For me it was different, I could just keep eating even when I felt like my stomach is full, mentally I still felt hungry and that feeling of being sated and satisfied was rare unless I overate like crazy.

But now everything is so different in ways I could never imagine.

2 months of reta and I am RIPPED.

I had to actually lower the dose for the past two weeks because it's almost too effective. Best part is that I could focus on other things and didn't make any effort to cut, it just happened in the background and I ascended like crazy. It's actually amazing.

How was your gym performance on reta? Did you still manage to eat carbs before?

I lost a bit of muscle because the 13kg went so fast, so lifts like OHP and incline decreased (was 3 sets of 70kgx5 for OHP and 3 sets of 100kgx5 for incline bench, now it's 60kgx5 and 90kg respectively). But the calisthenics skill progress has been insane, I am very very close to full front lever now.

I usually only eat after the workout and go to the gym on an empty stomach, drinking some preworkout just before training.

i only took electrolytes if I fasted for more than 40 hours.
Well, you know the feeling of being almost pulled to the ground, feeling like you don't even have the energy to get up, with cold chills running deep down your bones
