Should i only pin reta if im fat ? im 18 and have abit of muscle (2yr at the gym) im probably like 17-19 percent body fat but have barely any fat on my arms.

Yeah my diet is dialed In. I have had no sugar for like 6 weeks its pretty easy once I just lock in for a bit. Only whole foods I feel greatso you're 18 with some muscle mass already and aiming for around 17-19% body fat? reta can definitely help cut that last bit of stubborn fat but it won't magically make a lot of changes if your diet/training isn't dialed in
