is there any side affects i should be afraid of?

Start with 1mg weekly then go up as you adjust. And you will prolly lose some muscle growth and height velocity as is natural with calorie restriction. Overall you don’t have to do much, it’s quite easy. Pretty much no side effects besides nausea and not feeling 100%.

Exactly, 1mg is starting dose. Currently on 3mg, enough to not feel hungry, not too much to not feel sick. Am out of bac water tho, still got a 15 mg bottle. Been a week since I pinned
