IF YOU HAVE ACNE AROUND UR MOUTH THIS MIGHT HELP!
I have had acne around my lips, mouth, under my nose, chin area for YEARS and I never got it anywhere else but I couldn’t find the problem. Ik it’s kinda stupid I didn’t realise earlier but maybe this will help someone also oblivious to it and help them slay Stacies w/o wasting years to realise - like me

IT WAS MY RETAINERS! I never realised until a couple weeks ago (I haven’t had any new spots since) but it was my dirty retainers that were causing the acne, because I rarely cleaned them cos I was too lazy - especially when I was alr in bed sleepmaxxing. And I only realised the dirty retainers were the problem when I realised the acne has been around ever since I got braces / then retainers.
Now, I brush my retainers every night. The acne has been going away FINALLY. I find it helps if u don’t take them off till u brush ur teeth, and leave them next to ur tooth brush till u brush your teeth pre-bed.
