I was planning on buying some, and I understand you need to use about 2 mg a week. The thing is, I was curious if I should take 2 mg all at once or take ⅙ mg everyday.

2mg once a week to begin with (all at once) and then up the dosage every week slowly.

2 mg won't do shit for most. 4 mg is when it starts working.
