A little bit . For me it’s worth it because I was borderline ogre before ret. It’s worth it if you have a lot of muscle to start with and want to slim down

It’s not supposed to suppress appetite just make you eat healthier and reduce cravings for shit food. I used to love fried chicken now I don’t even feel like eating it . My appetite is still high tho
