fractionated co2. never understood rationale of retinoids you are literally forcing your skin to shed faster probably because it is sensing toxicity (vitamin a is the most toxic vitamin) and it is basically a stress response.And this isnt even addressing the toxic metabolites produced by these creams when they go into systemic circulation (best seen w accutane)

was just reading about keratinisation the other day. Urea can help but I read about a certain vitamin or enzyme that greatly reduces the very process. Urea and topical salicylates work through different mechanisms (One decreases prostaglandin and the other is keratolytic)

Do you know any other stuff that could work for hyperpigmentation effectively?
Niacinamide, azelaic acid, aspirin, progesterone ,coffee.
