I converted after looking up the religion personally and found that many of its concepts and teachings aligned with my world views and Christianity just didn’t do that for me

So I converted cus I cba to stick to a religion that was completely against the way I perceived the world just cus I was born into it

Yes i do and I know what ur gonna say but it's not prohibited in Buddhism to eat meat as long as you don't kill the animal urself, so ordering a meal at a resturant or eating home cooked meat is allowed at least in the denomination that i chose (I follow Theravada buddhism)

Buddha isn't a God, Buddhism is a non-theistic religion there is no God

It's having good personal karma and following The Noble Eightfold Path that leads you to the removal of ignorance and suffering (Nirvana) not Buddha, Buddha is not Jesus Christ

True, Buddhism is non theistic. But unlike what most Western Buddhist will tell you, you can attain Nirvana quickly if the Buddha helps you. This is a standard practice in Mahayana Buddhism. Ofcourse, you still need to follow the 8 fold Path
