Whenever i workout i imagine myself as a spanish pirate sailing through the endless sea in search of rare spices, the gym coach as the captain as if screaming for me to turn starboard as i rotate the flags with my trustworthy crew of bald, scurvy-suffering and dehydrated mates, lifting heavy ropes to steer the ship to the nearby ports under the blistering sun.
So when it's over and you drink even the most disgusting of fresh water, it will still taste as good as the sweetest honey and as cold as siberian snow.
