If my infras and mandile are recessed reverse pull headgear would be the best right? Also on which teeth do I need to get brackets or is there any orthodontic procedure I can get(for recession not palate expanding my teeth and face width are already perfect)at a bigger age as I'm already 17 idk if headgear would work that good
