Revision jaw surgery

Who is the best (possibly in Europe) for revision jaw surgery?
Had double jaw surgery in January 2016 but the doctor was shit....my midline is so off

I perfer yarem chuck yes he has bad reviews but his results are damn good i myself would need surgery prior to this mainly cause i legit have jaw recession and i was too low iq this entire time to realize oesteotamies are intended for those with functional jaw issues.


I do unfortunately have jaw issues my entire paranasial section looks similar to this dude.

So i would need high lefort 1 ideally with a lip lift to fix my bimaxillary protrusion the upside is it will also give me the illusion of a shorter mid face face.


And then after that i'm getting full facial implants.

This should be more than enough.



I don't advise jaw surgery unless you have functional jaw issues and i see a lot of risks involved also the jaw surgery results are harder to predict can have very long recovery times and usually if it goes wrong you look worse than before.


I would advise implants if you have no serious reccession

My problem is that only the teeth has to be moved
They don't have to make advancement or pull anything back. The midline is off so they need to take the maxilla and move it to the left
What procedure is that?

Paranasial recession is usually due to lateral maxillary recession. MSE should help with this

it looks fine in the pic albiet a bit uncanny but we are aiming for realistic results thus bimax + fillers are optimal
