Because i got bimax and the rhino i got was too conservative and kinda botched years ago. I fell for the go to the local surgeon bro trust years ago(not really but i didn't know better back then)
so u saying the bimax was enough to save the appearance of ur nose or that the rhino was a terrible job/overdo
The rhino was too conservative, they didnt do anything to the tip and many other weird shit. The surgeon basically just stitched my septo straight and forgot about the rest. But then bimax made it a bit wider and also slightly more deviated
Hopefully, if it goes well i suppose. Atleast a human i hope

Mirin. Got some consults done for rhino as well. One surgeon indicated only an alarplasty being necessary but the other suggested a tip plasty to pinch the contour of the nasal tip in to be more ln line with the bridge. Thinking about going with the latter. I might do alarplasty first and then the other to conceal it from fam. Thoughts? Should I just get both done at the same time?
