Hello, I need a revision rhinoplasty. You can read my story here, it's a short read and you need only read the already succinct and brief OP to provide the bulk of the relevant information:

It is going to be extremely difficult to fix my problem, if possible at all. In order to fix my nose, I need to have my dorsum augmented and nose brought downward/derotated as well as projected more to make my profile look like it used to, while also fixing the wide tip that was never really fixed to begin with. It's going to require a lot of grafting, that's certain. I need to find doctors who are good at making the nose LARGER in this respect. I want a large, vertically long and projecting nose but with a REFINED NASAL TIP and infratip lobule typical of attractive caucasoid men. Not only that, but there are asymmetries that must be fixed. My new nose looks flatter, less projected, shorter, and almost even more ethnic. I was PERFECTLY FINE with the side profile before but it was changed against my wishes.
I need someone who is very knowledgeable about this and ideally has some degree of personal experience to reply in good faith. Don't just quote the names of some "famous" doctors you heard from this site and say "VISIT [XYZ] OR ROPE FOR REVISION TBH NGL NGL NGL XDD" like a low IQ imbecile. This is quite literally a matter of life and death for me because if I cannot fix this I will either kill myself or probably enjoy a very poor quality of life due to constant disgust with my new face. I need a doctor to make my nose bigger and longer with a smaller nasolabial angle from profile like it was before and 99% of rhinoplasty so-called specialists can only make your nose look smaller and gayer.
I also know hardly any rhinoplasty doctor would share my philosophy about aesthetics and how the ideal white male nose is somewhat long, large, and projecting. I expect almost every one of them to try and correct me or consider me insane. I need a surgeon that GETS IT or is at least willing to shut up and do what I say as long as I'm writing the checks (surprisingly very few people do this!). I don't want a gay, faggot, rotated, female nose and that's all these doctors seemingly ever want to do.
