Rhino and double jaw?

im getting mse and braces so hopefully it fixes my negative orbital vector, do u think i can get my mandible like that naturally with good posture and hard chewing and swallowing or do I need doublejaw

You need some sort of jaw surgery and a rhinoplasty asap. That would legit change your life. Atleast in terms of side profile idk about your front.
