So I need septoplasty and turbinate reduction anyways, asap. There is a 60% ill get bimax in the future. Is it worth pairing it with rhino before bimax? I will only do minimal changes to my nose. If I wont do rhino now i will probably never do it, unless my nose changes a lot. (With bimax and aging)

Thx

I would assume that it is best to get bimax before you get your nose job. Your soft tissue will likely look very different after your maxilla has been shifted

Osteotomies first

I can’t do bimax before septoplasty. I need to know if I my sleep gets better.

It's better to do bimax before septoplasty or any kind of nose job

If you are doing both of these surgeries purely for functional reasons then do septoplasty first and see if it satisfies your wanted breathing ability. No need for bimax if you are satisfied with the results of septoplasty for your breathing

Its not only functional wise as im quite black pilled aswell. But first of all I need to breath better.

Ive heard bimax makes nose wider and my nose is already a bit wide.

Do Bimax first.

Okay but why cant you do bimax first then?
Even if your nose gets wider the aestethic outcome from bimax alone would probably be worth it if you are recessed.
Rhino after without medical septoplasty is so expensive 😭
Yeah and its also not worth it to go through hell twice. Dont take recovery so lightly even if septo is not super invasive call me weak soy whatever. Why suffer twice when you can do septo and rhino at the same time?!

Because im suffering now from bad nose breathing and I don’t know when my bimax is going to get approved by insurance.

Ik its a stupid scenario but what can I do :incel:

After it's common sense

Same but septorhino is much more affordable unless ur insurance picks up the tab

Yea thats why im considering it in the first place

well i am getting septorhino next summer , better getting septorhino in ur late teens or early 20s than waiting a long time to save up enough money for bimax with giants (u're looking at 20k )

Nose after, always. You may need alarplasty. Insurance doesn't cover rhino.

I would advise against it. It makes your nose less pliable, which increases the odds of an undesirable change during bimax.
