He might have done some kind of filler, but doing de projection rhino will make upper lip more full in some cases depending on how the surgeon does it. Can be both good and bad

Ideally yes but a genio for him would already have ridiculously high roi assuming he goes to a blackpilled surgeon that will do big movements with bone grafts

yeah but it would have to be a major surgery and finding a black pilled surgeon is difficult. he shld also prolly get a ccw rotation and bimax and just like howtobasic said he looks too much of a faggot to handle recovery/those surgeries

Well i dont think to much ccw is needed as hes just recessed and not downgrown

no i would say he is slightly downgrown and he would benefit from having a ccw, and if he was gonna get all the other surgeries then why not fully max yourself
