Rhino before bimax?

i know this is retarded but ik bimax will help my nose but I will still opt for rhino nonetheless, the only reason being I can get rhino in 6-8 months but bimax would be another ~2-3 years (im 17), I want to fix my nose as soon as possible since its my biggest failo. I read about the same exact question on here - but would still like to know thoughts on this:

also if any high iqcels could tell me how much maxillary movement will be when I get bimax and how much it will effect my nose in dms i would appreciate it

Looking good for 3 years is always worth getting a second rhino. Especially considering its in your peak years of life

Just get rhino rn and maybe 1 more if bimax makes it look bad
