rhino before trimax?

i wont be able to afford both trimax and rhino any time soon, but im looking to get rhino for bulbous nose and retracted columella this summer.

allegedly rhino before trimax is a waste of time and money, but i wont be able to handle a couple more years with a subhuman nose.

maybe i can get away with doing rhino way before trimax if no changes are done to the bridge?
