RHINO by an ENT?

doc suggested septoplasty since my deviated septum caused cold, congestion, and sinus issues. Now I'm thinking should I get a rhinoplasty done by the same ENT? I can't get one separately while living with my parents, and it's not common here. I could pass it off as a functional procedure, but it's risky since he's an ENT, not a JUST plastic surgeon?

Yeah ig, it's confusing ash but this might be the only chance I can get without getting an official "rhino" lol
