I would say rhino and genio, because it doesnt look like you have a recessed jaw, just lacking in chin projection but anyway you look good enough so why are you interested in surgeries?

A picture head-on and one in perfect profile would help to say.

not worth it imo get jaw implants or fillers if u really think u need to improve
bimax wont do shit

What about genio? I don’t think my jaw is recessed but I have almost no chin projection. Also don’t implants eat away at your bones over time?

classic trimax + jaw implants + infraorbitals-malar implants
Do you think I could get away with just a genio instead of trimax? The recovery time seems insane and I don’t think I could find a surgeon for it since my bite is fine.

Don't get anything if you care about recovery time and risk

It's about oral volume not bite alignment (your arguments are sleep apnea, submental sagging, etc)

If I argue for sleep apnea, could I get it covered by insurance? My family has had a history of really bad sleep apnea, so could I fake it or smth and get it covered?

Depends on your insurance nigger but yes and also you need to go to a very good surgeon that understands aesthetics (doesnt exist in the US :lul:) try to learn about maxilofacial surgery and basic aesthetics yourself

Just genio.
