Yes of course it can't improve my entire midface, but surely a rhino can make my nose look less long in general?

Surely they can make it upturned or some shit?

Yes, if you have a downturned nose tip you can rotate it, that would make your nose look shorter from the front.

But if you rotate it too much you would end up with an overly upturned nose and exposed nostrils.
Upturned noses are femenine.
