Rhino vs bimax

Would a rhino be able to ascend me to mtn(Ik that im recessed)? Ik a djs would ascend me more but it’s expensive and I’d like to avoid big surgeries like that. Any other surgery recommendations would be nice to

Rhino is very difficult surgery if you just go to some random facial plastic surgeon then no probably not. Its not that rare that a surgeon just gives up doing them all together because satisfaction is low. I'd get an eval on the bimax. You have a lot of chin project so doesn't look to bad but it does seem like the actual jaw is recessed.

What are some good surgeons for rhino. Also bimax is very expensive and Idk how much it will benefit m me. How much would it really ascend me. Bc rn I’ve been rated mostly hltn and some lmtn and mltn and most of the comments say to get rhino to ascend to mtn

IDK most people are just coping over it, its not going to do much asthetically unless your really fucked up.

After far as who is good depends also on what kind of style you are going for. Personally I prefer the scoped nose which is more considered more Fermin since its softer, or the more strong type. There are various other iterations. Look at there before and after closely. You can try Rod Rohrich or Bahman Guyuron. Just make sure they are doing like 200+ a year and you like there befores afters.

About bimax, most people who want them don't need them. Rhinoplasty generally turn out well for everyone if you get a good surgeon.

Yeah probably but losing weight will help the most, plus fruad max and have them remove some buccal fat when they do the rhino.

get bimax first to fix downgrowth then get rhino. bimax literally repositions ur upper and lower jaw u will have forward growth and then get rhino dont be impatient especially when it comes to facial asthetics
