Rhinoplasty and Bulbous Noses

I need to get a rhino, in particular for a bulbous nasal tip.
I saw a bunch of great transformations on Reddit (just browsing) and decided I need the same surgery.
Does anyone have any advice on getting a surgery like the one in the image and link?
