Rhinoplasty and nasolabial folds, can it help or will it make it worse?

Since my nose is my biggest failio I'm already planning a rhinoplasty and was wondering if anyone knows/got experience on how it affects nasolabial folds. I have slightly noticed some NFS when I smile and since I'm planning on thinning my frontal part of the nose, will the skin get stretched into being less noticable of will it make it worse and more noticeable?
Is this something I should discuss with the surgeon making sure it gets ''treated'' ?
If you have any tips that are not cope, highly appreciated. I've already tried Volufiline but i'm 90% sure it's cope cause it didn't do shit. Thanks

The thing is, the side profile sucks but It’s not what i hate abt it, it could improve obviously but whatever. What sucks is the front, which is large and slightly crooked. Also, the worst part is if I smile the whole nose “stretches” out and becomes larger. The nose is quite big and getting it a little thinner and straighter would suit better my face ig.
I’m pretty sure I can improve a lot just by fixing my nose. Toughts? Thanks

yea a rhino would definitely help but thats probably not the main issue with your face but a rhino would be worth getting depending on your budget
