Rhinoplasty basic questions

So since my consultation with my surgeon about jaw surgery and possibly nose surgery I’ve decided that I’m probably gonna do rhino first. It’s the biggest looks max for me right now.
My situation is the following(for better understanding): My initial goal was to pay around 15k for a bimax and get starting ASAP. He suggested a chin wing instead. My bite is fine and recession not that big. Also bimax is around 25k. I don’t have that money right now and it will take some time. Now I would still aim for a bimax since the chin wing only didn’t satisfy me(he shows me the results and bimax mogged hard).
obviously rhino before bimax is risky. But I would only slightly lift the tip. I would mostly like to slim down my nose in width. Remove the hook, remove the bulbous tip. And overall slim it down.
Is it still risky if I don’t try change the lift of the tip too much ?(pretty much everything else tho). Dm for pics if trustworthy

now the price for a rhino would probably be around 7k where I live. Insurance won’t cover shit I bet. His results were good but 7 grand seems an awful lot. The good thing is he is nearby and thus planning is really easy. I can meet up and plan everything in person. Now prices in Arab country’s are much cheaper and the results are insanely good. How much harder is the planning over long distance and language barrier ? Is it even cheaper if I go to a good surgeon ? What would you advise ? Is it overall worth it to go to Istanbul or shit for a rhino ? Traveling, hotel, and so on

i tell you from experience, visit many surgeons before jumping in, and most importantly, make sure they are rhino specialists

bimax can change your nose a bit like making wider nostrils and have the tip point a bit upwards, so its ideal to have bimax first...

if you are going to travel they probably have translators or some "pack" that includes hotel, hotel transfers and stuff like that

There's this idea that surgery in the third world is all the same, so it's a higher risk for a smaller price, but I'm sure that even there there are butchers and good surgeons, watch a lot of before and after, try to find someone with your starting nose

When i checked for HT some clinics had complete packages with hotel and everything (minus the ticket to go there) so I'm sure it's the same for those clinics for rhino

I'm in braces waiting for a bimax, there's no way I get a rhino first tbh, I've seen way too many changes to noses that they seem almost inevitable

relax bro 22 is fine its not like someone is running after you, you know. rhino before bimax. hmm i wouldnt do tbh but depends on your Lf1. If you only get like 1-3mm than your nose wont change much anyway so you can have rhino first
