I think it looks quite aesthetic. Smaller sharp nose can harmonise the face quite nicely. You'd have to see his front view too

Yeah it comes down to media halo imo, eg in UK they publicise love island a lot which has these fake lip filler maxxed girls with gym maxxed bodies.
