Rhinoplasty- help me to choose best nose.

Hi, I recently visited a plastic surgeon who, I believe, knows about aesthetics, and he qualified my nose for a full correction, which I’m happy about. The cost is 30,000 PLN. I’ve just had a craniofacial CT scan done at the doctor’s request. I still need to do a chest X-ray (for the anesthesiologist) and blood work (that will be at the end, two weeks before the surgery).

We both agreed that my nose is a bit too long, a bit too big, and slightly droopy. In addition, he will also straighten my nasal septum as mine is not ideal.

I showed him photos attached and he cliams that the first one would be the best for me. It is fine, I agree with his statement although I am courios what nose would you like to have I posted? I do not want to post my nose from profile becuase I am shy and insecure.

I would be greatful for your advises, I hope you treat that topic seriously. I have an operation in December.

Ideally you should aim for a sharp upturned nose that makes sure your mouth to nose id ideal. Look at how its not bulbous

He can correct the tip and the droopyness with cartilage, shouldn't have to do a rib graft in your case.

Spokojnie, jestem jedynie ciekawy co tu ludzie sądzą, byłem u trzech wysoko ocenionych chirurgów plastycznych z doświadczeniem, raz nawet jechałem do innego miasta specjalnie bym posłuchał co on sądzi.

4th and 6th are beautiful but it is the first one I really admire and my doctor also recomended me that nose in first place.

Nessman's nose is characterized by being upturned, and by having a slight dorsal hump.

For this result the surgeon should only remove cartilage along the curved line I drew (septal and lateral septal cartilage), and use the same cartilage to hold the nose in the same upturned position (alar augmentation). He should not remove any of the nasal bone, as this will result in picture 4 or 6 (no dorsal hump).

@OneTwoThree honestly your nose looks fine, id kill for a nose that straight. its mostly in your head. if anything go for something like type 4 or 6 like others said. but surgery wont fix ur self esteem if u dont work on jaw and cheekbones too. dont get obsessed jfl
