I could still go for chin filler with the rhinoplasty but I’m concerned with my smile because my chin already protrudes and this is because my lip incompetence makes my chin look more recessed than it is. I will get jaw surgery when I’m out of college. Parents don’t support it and I have no way to pay for it rn
