SHORT BACKGROUND STORY:

About a year ago I had my primary rhinoplasty. At that point in my life I didn't want to exist :feelswhy:, it was my only hope. My whole childhood I was bullied for my nose and threated like shit. My nose bothered me so much that it felt like I couldn’t live with it anymore. Looking back, that surgery might’ve just been a “cope rhino,” but honestly, it kept me alive and gave me a reason to hold on.

I had wanted a nose job ever since I was around 14, when my nose really started developing. Those years were hell for me. I don’t even know how I managed to push through them. When I finally got surgery, I had no money of my own, but my mom covered the $6.5K cost. She doesn’t earn much, so the fact that she did that for me means a lot, still I didn't thank her enough.

RESULTS:

Since I didn’t know much about aesthetics back then, I just let her choose a local surgeon. The result wasn’t terrible, my nose went from huge to slightly bigger than average. But it wasn’t exactly what I expected. The morphs the surgeon showed me looked smaller, and when I brought it up later he just brushed it off with the usual “still swelling” excuse (even though it was basically 98% healed).

Fast forward to now: it’s been a year, and I’ve managed to save up an extra $20K. I’m planning a rhinoplasty revision with the same surgeon as he quoted me 3k. I'm also planning on doing genioplasty, MARPE, fat grafting and bimax in the future as now I'm aware of all my flaws.

I don't wanna spend another 7k for a slight improvement and likely have to fly out to another country. I'll give him a chance.

That's my main concern but I'd also like to reduce the bridge size overall.

Side is really good, front is slightly too wide but I am not sure about that because I see only a part of face.

Btw. I also have booked rhinoplasty this year, still proceeding to obtain all medical documents.

Looks good, bulbous tip is hard to remove. You would need to remove excess skin and fat which is risky because you risk removing blood flow to nose which could make skin die
