Surgery isn't magic. It creates a bunch of scar tissue. Your nose will be all hard and inflexible for the rest of your life. You risk making it look worse. You risk making it function worse. All for some, at best, minor improvement, which may not even affect your total attractiveness.

I think it’s worth the risk for a improvement as I don’t like my nose currently, but function currently is ideal and I would like to try and maintain that

My first rhino was botched to hell. Jaw surgery further fucked it. Revision restored it to normal looking. Even so, there are subtle aesthetic issues, like just the place where the scar is looks a little odd, nostrils look a little odd. The problem is people naively think their face is a piece of clay that can just be made into some other shape but retain all other qualities. It's not. It's cutting your shit apart. Like, I have had other, non aesthetic surgeries, and nothing is ever the same after, at least in my experience.

If it ain't broke..... OP is a good looking guy. Don't think anyone would even look at his profile and think the nose is off. I get that we all want to improve on our baseline but I really don't see where the real benefit here is.
Is it worth messing with the soft tissue of the nose for more than a fractional benefit? I suppose OP doesn't think this is the case but I do wonder. He'd have cleaned up in my college too

Like, compared to my very first nose? Maybe? Hard to say because it was 23 years ago that I last had that nose. I also needed bimax, not rhinoplasty. It's better in profile. The bridge is not high enough though, imo, and that's still the fault of the first surgeon.

Functionally it is better now than ever.

Not that bad. Based on that one picture you're a good looking guy and I think rhinoplasty is unnecessary.

I can see where you're coming from, where maybe some refinement might improve your looks, or maybe you'll even ascend to the promise land of Chadom, which would solve all your problems forever. It's just a risky, slippery slope.

thanks man, the general consensus is that im HTN but ive gotten a few low chadlite ratings so i suppose im not that bad looking

Bunch of idiots preventing u from ascending, those are the same guys who would pick the smallest flaw to make you insecure.

Consult with a bunch of surgeons best way to know. I did mine with local surgeon for cheap and like it so far

don't do it unless you have giga jew nose. I regret mine, made me look equally the same in attractiveness despite difference in nose shape and I have scar tissue + it's stiff all the time + nose is dry on the inside. their consult simulations are also marketing efforts and won't be what your real result is.
