Rhinoplasty upcoming

Hopefully this pic is good enough for y'all to give some input (lens distortion). I have no idea what I should ask for, my consultation is coming up next week, I know my nose is def bulbous but other than that I need some advice for what I should get done nosewise/ what would look best.

you don’t need a rhinoplasty you need an alarplasty
your nose isn’t long/big it’s just the width of it which is exactly what an alarplasty reduces.

Ask him how many he does a week/year. If he’s doing less then like 200 a year to see someone else.

Also I hope you have viewed the before and after photos for your surgeons rhino patients and like them. They tend to give the same nose to everyone so best case is you walk away with one that’s close to an after photo of a real patient.

Bro I don't think you need a rhino you'd be better off with an alarplasty, which only addresses your main problem your nose looks too big from the front. A rhinoplasty is more for the side profile of the nose, and I see you have a pretty good one so you wouldn't need it I also recommend using hydrocortisone to make your nose even smaller, or even trying Accutane

I have the same issue if my nose looking to wide from the front, who are you consulting with? It’s hard to find good alarplasty surgeons imo

Alarplasty is normally done as part of a rhino if needed. Not everyone needs it. They can do it stand alone but a rhino should include if needed.

Hard disagree on only doing alar. Large nose in general including bridge.
