i would like to have enough money to comfortably get the procedure. i want to move out at 18 and i already have a nice chunk of money saved and im moving to a different city for job opportunities. moving to a different city, moving into an apartment, finding a job, and a rhinoplasty all cant happen in the same year. i mean it can happen but its very likely i will go broke and get evicted
getting a bimax is needed tbh but the procedure sounds and looks so fucking gross and invasive but pretty much every surgery is so its whatever. if i do get bimax will i still need genio and rhino i thought it gives you rotation?
Just get rhino at 18 why wait 3 years

nah your chin isn’t that recessed it’s just down grown, if u get bimax all ur nose and chin problems should be good
If you are planning a bimax , delay the rhinoplasty to get it after the bimax surgery as bimax can affect your nose
ahh ik i need bimax but the thought of my jaw hanging and only being held by soft tissue, nerves, and plates is so gross gives me chills everytime i think of it
yeah it’s quite freaky but at the end of the day the results are great almost 100% of the time and it’s done safely by professionals so there isn’t much to worry about, but like a bimax is if u wanna take the extreme route you don’t look too bad u can get the rhino instead but if u wanna really ascend it’s up to u
its so hard because i could fix everything with bimax and probably get some insurance coverage if i larp hard enough and it will probably be cheaper to just get a bimax instead of 2 individual surgeries genio is also gross too but less extreme
don’t get genio making your chin go forward while it’s down grown will just make it look even more down grown ur chin isn’t even that bad to get a genio too, id just get a bimax if i was u but thats like if u wanna take things next level which ion rlly recommend at this age
