edit: actually one complication is dissatisfaction. Surgeon when it comes to nose job specifically is important

Yeah it’s like 15-20k for a good surgeon to do rhino here. You can find some willing to do it for low as 5k but don’t expect good results

Bruh I know for revision it’s 2 years for swelling to fully go away. Like the last bits of swelling are all in the tip so it like really fucking matters to get it all to fuck off.

And there are mfrs out there getting like 5-10 rhinos before they are happy. Like how can you live with 5-10 years of fucking swelling making it look like shit.

yeah and nose is fucking halo effect , peoples thinks their noses are bad but its not it was never about nose, its bcs they are hella recressed
