How do I substitute L-theanine? What about melatonin when I cant fall asleep ? If I live in a higher latitude country, how do I make sure my vitamin D levels are good without supplementing? What about Tongkat Ali, Fadogia Agrestis, Ashwaghanda ? Can I get the effects all of these give me from foods ? Then you have countless other vitamins and minerals that you can get from a good diet but it becomes a numbers game, you can't realistically get ALL of them in sufficient amounts

If youre a healthy human you dont need all of these supplements for sleep in the first place, anyways if youre lacking d3 cod liver is an excellent source of it, theres around 10 000 to 30 000ius per 100g of cod liver. I wont even comment on aswhaganda and the other bullshit. And you definitely can get enough vitamins and minerals if you eat organs and seafood

I'm assuming PMID: 34345852 is where you got this from ? It was only shown in artificial environments and under unrealistic conditions in extremely high concentrations
