How do I substitute L-theanine? What about melatonin when I cant fall asleep ? If I live in a higher latitude country, how do I make sure my vitamin D levels are good without supplementing? What about Tongkat Ali, Fadogia Agrestis, Ashwaghanda ? Can I get the effects all of these give me from foods ?
