Since last year I'm fascinated over RR, despite the fact he was not only reckless, he electrocuted old women and stomped to death another, among many more stuff. Everyone is baffled at how the man with pretty much the best bonemass and facial structure to ever exist (or at least one of the best) was also not only a criminal, but a satanist serial rapist, child molester, torturer and killer. Now, I came to some realization: Ramirez is 7 years older than Cameron Alborzian - among the first male supermodels - with even better facial bones, so this could have opened some doors on his life:

Imagine this alternate reality: Richard's father drinks until he is uncounscious, instead of drinking and beating up his children at home (or maybe don't drink at all, but that would be too radically different from our timeline). His cousin kills his wife and is put away at a mental instituition before he ever got to get in contact with Richard. Ramirez never gets to drink alcohol and take drugs at 10. This way, the only really traumatic events to happen are the wardrobe who fell at his head at age 2, but without the other factors it is unlikely to turn him into a socio/psychopath.

Along these lines, Ramirez would eventually graduate high school, get a job, and through his daily routine would eventually be discovered by some modelling agency or come in contact with this world. The world would know Ramirez as the mexican handsome guy who ascended as one of the first supermodels instead of the Night Stalker.

His got the bonemass (chin projection, chin squareness, chin width and height, one of the biggest Ogee curves out there), more compact eyes with PCT and height (6'1).

Sure was, but I don’t think his chiseled looks are due to being hellish skinny alone. He does showcase vigorous bone structure independently from his overly gaunt figure

Yeah, there’s the chance he’d go unnoticed all his life, but he would still hold quite some of the best sets of bones to ever surface (it was fully genetic, he inherited from his mom) so the potential (read bonemass) to be a model, even in that era, would be there. He also had positive canthal tilt, adding more exotiqueness and distinction to his look.

The main prospect would be if he were ever to be found by someone working in the industry, and that turns all this scenario more unlikely. I used Alborzian because he has a more ethnically varied background, like Richard, aswell as the fact they were born in the same decade. Though it is unlikely, I think it is possible, and Cameron existing proves the results could be from modest (he could model but not attain any fame, just doing it small time) to powerful.
