Risks for Tripod/3 point fixation?

What are the possible risks of getting Tripod, somebody told me it increases your PFL and makes your zygos pop out more but I want to know if there’s possible risks. Especially since they cut near your orbit

Who is the best to do it by lol? I’m gonna ask for consultation with surgery max in about 2 years when I’m finally 18 and save enough money for everything. The risks don’t seem bad as there is no vision loss lol
